Nextgen Gig Solutions LLC, an Austin, TX based IT Staffing and Consulting Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 12221: IT Business Analyst.

Job duties include:

 

    1. Gather business requirements, epics, and user stories; follow SDLC using Agile, Scrum, JIRA, and Trello.
    2. Analyze Requests for Service (RFS), document system mappings, and streamline Change Request steps.
    3. Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings to align priorities, manage task coordination, and escalate critical issues as required
    4. Track automation workflows, update SLA dashboards and RADAR files, maintain automation wikis, create user guides, and present reports using tools like Power BI, Splunk, Copilot, Kanban, and Mural.
    5. Contribute to ServiceNow upgrades and Change Management activities across Unix and Windows environments.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Admin or related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between $130,250.00 to $132,000.00/year.
